The B2B segments of NEW WORK SE have grown successfully in recent years. To give this product segment greater visibility, NEW WORK SE launched the onlyfy by XING brand in fall 2022, which bundles all of the company’s recruiting services.
In this context, Klubfaktor provided communications support for the entire brand launch in 2022. This included the introduction of a new recruiting term, New Hiring, to illustrate that new methods are needed to attract new employees in a modern working world; it involved a participatory book project, the development of topic ambassadors, the establishment of a new conference format, and much more.
At the same time, a long-term study conducted with renowned partners was given a new communicative charge. For the past ten years, the onlyfy willingness to change survey has been examining the willingness of Germans to change their employer – including the number of employees. analysis of what employees of different generations, regions and occupational groups actually want from potential employers.
In the meantime, the onlyfy willingness to change study is considered the most important study of its kind – not only in Germany, but also in Austria and Switzerland.
